Since I was a teen, I’ve been a sailor, trying to flow as often as possible. There’s nothing like that feeling when you turn off the engine on a sailboat, hoist the sails, and silently cut through the water. I have a 57-foot William Garden ketch-rigged sailboat built in Taiwan, and I spend as much time on her as possible.
